The app itself is fine, but the withdrawal minimum is what kind of put me off. I did a few offers expecting I’d be able to cash out sooner, then realized I still wasn’t even close. It kind of feels like they assume people are going to stick around and keep grinding for a while, which maybe works for some users, but for me it made the whole thing feel slow and not really worth it. Smaller payout options would make it a lot better.

Compared to a few other apps I’ve used, though, it doesn’t feel quite as smooth, especially when moving between sections. I ran into a couple moments where it froze and I had to refresh the page. It’s not a bad experience, just a little rough around the edges. If they can fix the lag and clean up the small bugs, I’d probably enjoy using it a lot more...

I had a small issue with my account my first gut feeling was that it might take a while to hear back. But support got back to me faster than I expected. It did take one follow-up to fully sort it out, but overall I felt like they were helpful and on top of it.

I’ll give My Free App credit where it’s due: it doesn’t ask for a million unnecessary details, and the security side of things feels decent. The privacy settings weren’t buried in some weird menu either, which is a relief. But come on, some of the data explanations are still way more confusing than they need to be. Like, just tell me in plain English what’s being used and why. Overall though, it feels safe enough to use, so I’d say 4 stars from me.

My account got suspended and yeah, I was irritated at first because I don’t have a ton of patience for waiting around with no answers. Support did eventually explain which rule was triggered, and it took about 2 days, which felt longer than it should’ve to me. But they did review it properly and gave me a clear response. It didn’t come across as random or unfair. The process could definitely be quicker, but overall it was handled okay, so I’d give it 4 stars
